Somber Santa - Concept

Santa Claus, fallen deep into a dark underworld, caught up in illegal dealings like trading stolen gifts, smuggling operations, and even the trafficking of elves. The criminal ring he worked with marked him as one of their own, branding a symbol onto his hand, and gave him a yak to aid his undercover travels.
Over time, the weight of his actions began to consume him, pulling him into a spiral of guilt and self realization. Eventually, he chose to rebel against the people he worked with, leading to violent clashes filled with bloodshed. In the chaos, he lost everything, including his beloved reindeers. All that remained was the yak by his side, a constant reminder of his actions, and a life full of regret. Now, far removed from his past, he tries to rebuild his life quietly, as a farmer while carrying the burden of all he once was.
